The Monastery was founded in 1867, in Ferdinand, Indiana and is home to one of the nation's largest communities of Benedictine women. The Dome was completed in 1924.
The monastery is listed in the National Register of Historic Places and the church has been designated an Official Project of Save America�s Treasures.

I am a photographer and digital artist living in Southwestern Indiana. I am primarily a nature photographer and also add digital effects to some of my images.
